Jack's best friend

We live next door to the cutest little girl. Her name is Bella..and Jack calls her Dede. They play together whenever they can. When we are outside and she isn't, he looks for her and calls her name..and she does the same to him. He is constantly hugging her and running circles around her. Most of the time he is just so excited he doesn't know what to do with himself. Hit her or hug her? Most of the time all this is just annoying to Bella..but she still loves him anyway.
